Actualización del plugin Mercuriall ReAxis

Mercuriall ha presentado una actualización de su último plugin de simulación de amplificadores. Reaxis modela el mítico MESA/Boogie Triaxis junto con cuatro pantallas y tres tipos de micrófonos e incorporará varios overdrive, delay y reverbs como Spark, y además cuenta con la simulación del pedal de Wah Dunlop 535Q. El sonido de “ReAxis” está basado en los clásicos preamplificadores de Mesa Boogie Mark I, Mark IIC+ y Mark IV.

La versión 1.2 de ReAxis además de novedades, cuenta con varias mejoras y solución de problemas encontrados. Entre las mejoras se encuentra la posibilidad de cargar respuestas de impulsos no sólo de cabinas, sino también de reverb. Esto añade aún más versatilidad al plugin si cabe, ya que te permite hacer bypass de los IR del plugin y hacer uso de los tuyos propios. Soporta IR en stereo y hasta 6 segundos (@44.1 kHz). El reverb por impulsos también se puede mezclar con el nativo del plugin.

En lo que a mejoras se refiere, el plugin carga más rápido, el cambio de presets mejora también en velocidad y el uso global de CPU es menor.

Bug fixes:
– At some settings the LD1 channel sound could be unnatural. This has been fixed
– When two instances of Reaxis were open and in one of them a preset was saved, it was necessary to restart your DAW to see the preset in the other Reaxis instance. Now you just need to re-open the Reaxis instance to see the newly saved preset
– In some DAWs turning off the cab section and reopening the project led to a crash. This has been fixed
– Fixed an incorrect sample-rate behavior of Wah in stereo-mode in some circumstances
